In my experience working with attorneys, Don was one of the best attorneys I worked with.  We went under contract on a commercial retail property that had some complexity with the ongoing process of annexation, zoning/future land use into a new City.   Don was able to help us help us with the legal aspect of this process to make sure we did not take unnecessary risks.  In addition, Don was responsive and on top of everything during the acquisition to closing. I can’t say enough about Don Nguyen.  He stepped in and provided quick and very solid advice.  He didn’t mess around and he didn’t waste time. He got right to the point and was very specific with details.  Talk about common sense - he’s reasonable and completely down to earth.  He made the whole issue better just by making sure we understood what was on the table and what needed to be done.  I am telling everyone about the positive experience and if I need another attorney- he will be my first choice.  We’ve actually requested he provides assistance for  our HoA needs. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with DHN. All of them are so helpful, kind, assertive. ALL OF THEM!

There is not a single one email that has not been answered by them. They go beyond then only answer our questions, but give us explanations as much as we need to figure it out.

Our MGMT company always recommend them to any new Association we start to manage, causer we will be assisted and the Association's interest will be promptly defended.

Also, when I once dropped the ball, they were there to support us and help us instead of point fingers. We were able to correct what was done and left things smoothly again.
