We charge hourly rates or flat fees depending on your type of matter. Our attorneys’ and paralegals’ hourly rates depend on their level of experience and the complexity of the matter.

We regularly offer flat fees for representation of commercial lease negotiations, purchase/sale of residential and commercial real estate, quiet title actions, and other matters.
