Crystal is a multifaceted legal professional, blending experience in community association, business, and real estate law with a commitment to personable client interactions. With a unique background that includes a real estate license and a mediator's certificate, Crystal brings a holistic approach to the practice of law, prioritizing comprehensive and empathetic solutions for clients.

She focuses her practice on representing community associations for collections, covenant enforcement and general corporate advice as well as representing small businesses and individuals looking to sign a lease or purchase or sell real estate or personal property. Prior to being sworn in as an attorney, Crystal was a law clerk with DHN Attorneys during law school where she learned to draft documents, interpret contracts, and negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients.

Crystal understands that legal matters involving homes, businesses, and real estate are deeply personal, and they prioritize building trust and rapport with each client. Crystal takes the time to listen to her clients' concerns, ensuring that the legal strategy aligns with the unique goals and values of those she represents.

Driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact in her community, Crystal went to school locally at the University of Central Florida and then Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of law, where she graduated with honors for Environmental and Earth Law. During her time in law school, she served as a Teach Assistant and Dean’s Writing Fellow for legal research and writing.

Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and miniature dachshund, Dino, attending country concerts, and traveling anywhere on a beach.

DON'S BIO

Don H. Nguyen, a 2007 graduate of Vanderbilt Law School, is the founder and principal of DHN Attorneys, a law firm established in 2013 with a focus on community association law, real estate, business law, and estate planning. Having practiced law and served the Central Florida community for almost 20 years, Don began his career by representing community association managers, where he built strong relationships and developed a deep understanding of their needs. These early connections laid the foundation for his expansion into representing real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs, all of whom valued his personal approach and commitment to understanding their goals.

In 2013, Don took the entrepreneurial leap to establish DHN Attorneys, with a vision to create lasting partnerships with clients by being there when it matters most. This approach has been central to the firm's success, which was recently recognized by the 2024 Best of Florida Awards, highlighting the dedication and personalized service that DHN Attorneys consistently delivers.

Don's professional excellence has earned him several prestigious awards. He has held a Preeminent "AV" Rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2014, demonstrating his high ethical standards and legal ability. In 2018, he was named among Florida Trend's "Legal Elite," and in 2019, he was honored as a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers. In 2024, Don was recognized as a "Notable Managing Partner" by Florida Trend, showcasing his leadership and influence in the legal community, and most recently was awarded the AACC’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award for 2024 for his work with local small business owners.

Don's current leadership roles reflect his deep commitment to his community and profession. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (2024 - present), the Leadership Council for SALT Outreach (2024 - present), and the Orange County Development Advisory Board (2023 - present). He is also a founding member of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association and has served as the former Secretary of the Asian Real Estate Association of America - Central Florida Chapter, as well as the Vice President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

Don’s clients include luxury high-rise condominiums in downtown Orlando, the largest multiunit condominium in Orange County, developers of long-term and short-term communities, Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, and medical professional offices. His greater goal is to connect, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact on the Central Florida community.
