We are looking to do our part to limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) by encouraging social distancing. The health and well-being of our team and our clients is our top priority. Accordingly, our team will be working remotely through Friday, March 27, 2020. While we have implemented additional cleaning and disinfection protocols in the office, we ask and encourage that all meetings be telephonic or via videoconference during this time to avoid any unnecessary traffic and movement.
As part of our practice includes representation of creditors, such as community associations, we will be evaluating how best to manage deadlines for payment, which may include a moratorium on additional action until further notice. Given the economic and financial impact of this unprecedented pandemic, we will be carefully monitoring news and updates in order to advise our clients accordingly.
The above measures will remain in effect until further notice and are subject to change at any time as we evaluate the situation and continue to consult with local health authorities as well as the WHO and the CDC.
We ask for your patience during this trying time as we work together as a community to stop the transmission of the virus. Please cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, wash your hands regularly with soap, and above all else, stay healthy.
