We are excited to introduce a new addition to our team! Join us in welcoming Amanda Penn, a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 10 years of experience, who started with us a few months ago. Amanda was born and raised in Florida. Amanda’s passion for law began from watching TV shows like Perry Mason, Matlock and Law & Order with her father.
Amanda kicked off her career in the legal field as a legal assistant shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2004. A few years later in 2007, she crossed paths with Attorney Don H. Nguyen, when they worked as colleagues at a mid-size Orlando law firm. “I first met Don when he'd recently graduated from law school,” Amanda says. “He was very laid back and helpful whenever I had questions. Many times, we discussed his dream of owning a law firm...and now it's a reality!”
Amanda stepped out of the legal field for a few years as she followed her life path. Amanda fell in love and married her husband in 2012 and welcomed their daughter in 2016. During her free time, Amanda enjoys singing, dancing and relaxing.
But, why did Amanda choose to work for DHN Attorneys? “The team focus, innovative ways of doing business, and the opportunity for growth attracted me to this law firm,” she says. She looks forward to building her career and enhancing her skills with DHN Attorneys.
